In the morning walk with Raffaella to the central food market of Bologna, called "Mercato di mezzo". It is the oldest market, one of the few survived after the birth of the big stores, where the native families of Bologna still go everyday to buy their fresh food: fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, cheese. It consists of a couple of ancient narrow streets stuffed with colorful, irresistible Italian food shops, stands, delis. Beautiful for the eye and for the taste buds!!

At the market you will buy the food for your cooking lesson. Lunch on your own.

In the afternoon cooking lesson, team up to cook with Raffaella and Francesca to discover their best family recipes. Sit around their dining room table and enjoy congenial conversation as you dine on what you have prepared together with regional wines.
