"The
itinerary was rich and diversified giving opportunity to look and
learn about a lot. It would be very difficult to improve, honestly.
(We liked) The richness of mentalities of the different chefs, variations,
criativity and most of all that they were always well humoured.
Our favourite lesson was probably the one with the chef Nicola,
where not only the cooking was being taught but also the different
notions of timing in the kitchen to handling many things at the
same time. The meals were great. All prepared with the particular
richness of the Emilia Romagna style, therefore very tasty. Some
unforgetable. The menus were prepared by people you could see were
so skilful that.....who would dare to improve their masterpiece
? My favourite restaurant was with no doubts.....San Domenico in
Imola...... incredible. (We liked) the intimacy we were given at
(all the places), certainly due to the relation they all have with
Marcello.
What
can one say about Marcello - wonderful human character, full of
energy, very well focused in his job, never getting distracted,
extremely well related to the different suppliers we have visited,
always with alternative plans in case something went wrong. A real
professional. (In your design service) there is nothing to improve.
(We liked) the readiness and prompt answering to all different situations
and doubts we used to have. By the way Marcello is also very much
aware of how important it is to answer fast and correct.
Let
me declare I could not be happier I have chosen you and your organization
to improve the needs of my partner and myself. Your response to
our needs were far beyond anything we could have imagined. Thank
very much.

"In
the itinerary I liked the variety--great combination of food and
wine tasting. At the B & B Anna and Remaggio were wonderful!
Anna takes excellent care of her guests. (Our tour director) Carmen
was delightful, a joy to be around. Fantastica! My favourite visits
were at Giovanni and Francesca's farm and truffle hunting.
In
the cooking lessons I liked the interaction with the chefs and learning
about their backgrounds. My favourite cooking lesson was at the
Culinary Institute For Foreigners. In the meals I liked the variety,
the wine, the desserts were perfect! What would I improve in the
cooking lessons? Not a thing!"

In
the itinerary I liked the good variety, good choices of restaurants
and wineries. The B & B was very comfortable. Great hosts! Very
friendly and helpful. (Our tour director) Carmen is an excellent
guide, very patient and knowledgeable of the area. Carmen and Elio
are gracious, knowledgeable, patient, very friendly, and made us
feel comfortable wherever we went.
In
the cooking lessons I liked the variety with the recipes all ready
for us. The Culinary Institute was the best! My favourite restaurant?
All were great, hard to choose. I would change nothing in the meals
or menus. I learned so much I would be crazy to change it."
