Amalfi Coast Photo Gallery
Here,
one of Italy’s most amazing coastal roads winds above spectacularly
sheer cliffs overlooking the azure ocean below. This cooking school tour adventure takes you to the Bay of Naples, Sorrento, Capri,
Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast on an odyssey that showcases a
romantic and wistful Italy in all its glory.
You'll stay at Camilla’s family B & B, set
amid lemon trees outside Sorrento, an hour south
of Naples. You’ll be enchanted with your family hosts, Giuseppe, Agostino and Laura who will soon make you
feel like old friends.
Your B & B is a five minute walk from the beach with spectacular views of the cliffs of Sorrento and around the bay to Naples. A 15 minute walk takes you to Sorrento with its tempting bakeries, shops and pretty piazzas.
You’ll enjoy cooking classes with retired professional chef
Biagio and assistant chefs who share their secrets for
preparing mouthwatering local dishes like seafood risotto, baked calamari with seafood filling and
cherry tomatoes, mussels impepata soup (boiled with black pepper and
covered with fresh squeezed lemon juice) and lemon tarts.

Positano on the Amalfi Coast
On the
Amalfi coast, picturesque Positano awaits with its multi-colored houses set on terraces on the cliff-side.
Enjoy an evening cocktail as the sun sets over the azure blue ocean
below.
Nearby Pompeii
is still well preserved since lava covered it completely in a volcanic eruption in 79 A.D.
At the oldest olive oil producers in Sorrento, you'll join a family member to walk through olive groves, breathing in the rural air.
Learn how the granite wheel was traditionally used to make olive
oil and how it is produced today.
Between Camilla’s relaxing B&B, fun loving local people, authentic
cooking classes and spectacular natural surroundings, you’ll leave
relaxed, refreshed and happy from a journey
that meets your needs on so many levels.
