You and a group of friends or family, or you and the love of
your life, are planning a once in a lifetime trip to Italy. Perhaps you’re celebrating
years of friendship and love, or a milestone like your 40th, 50th,
60th or 70th birthday, retirement or important wedding
anniversary.
You’re looking for a private tour with all the ingredients

This is your trip so choose the dates that suit you. Our
groups have a minimum of two people, except in Sicily where the minimum is four. Maximum
number depends on what you’d like to do.
You’d like flexibility in your itinerary so those of you who like walking or cycling can take in the fresh country air and those who love browsing in shops and
markets can enjoy buying special local products to take home as fond memories
of their holiday.

In business since 1995, Mama Margaret and her Italian tour
colleagues have custom designed from scratch many tour itineraries.
She made a house call in
Vancouver to visit couples wanting a custom tour of Piedmont, the Riviera
and Umbria.
Over a glass of wine with them, she asked a lot of questions. When she went
back with their proposed itinerary and asked if they wanted any changes, they
said none, that the itinerary was perfect.

Some Atlanta wine club members and long time Barolo wine fans gave her a list of their favourite wineries for a custom wine tour in Piedmont.
They were ecstatic to meet their heros, their favourite producers, and enjoyed
their experiences so much they returned the next year to visit other Barolo and
Barbaresco producers on their list.
Among many others, she’s designed cooking tours for culinary
school groups in Piedmont and Bologna, a cheese and local life tour for professional
goat cheese makers in Piedmont, cooking tours in Emilia-Romagna for chefs, and a
cooking, wine and walking tour in Tuscany to celebrate a group of friends’ 49th
birthdays.
