You learn a variety of new dishes, new techniques, new presentation styles, new ways of using ingredients so you expand your repertoire.

* What food and wine producer visits would you like and how many? You taste the best parmesan, prosciutto and balsamic vinegar and refine your palate right with the producers in Italy.

* You drink great wines, some of Italy's top ones, to add to your wine lists and taste them right with the producers.

* How much free time would you like in Italy for touring, walking, shopping or ?? We can also design programs for non-cooking spouses or friends.

* What kind of accommodation? Choose from elegant four star hotels in Italian cities or the country, to historic hotels in hill towns, to nice country B & Bs.
