Day 1: Welcome! Dinner in your boutique villa hotel restaurant

Private group transport from Naples airport to your four star, boutique villa hotel, formerly a noble family’s home built in 1892, now beautifully renovated. On this 5 ½ acre estate, relax in gardens with views over the Bay Of Naples to Vesuvius, swim in the pool, or take a short walk into Sant’ Agata, a typical small town.

Welcome dinner in the hotel’s elegant restaurant.

Day 2: Mozzarella cheese, limoncello at family's farm. Cooking class at home

Every morning enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet.

Visit a local family’s farm. Tour their farm, sample the mother’s fresh mozzarella, taste their olive oil, drink their limoncello and experience a slice of authentic southern Italian life with a friendly, hospitable family.

Free time.

Evening  cooking class with Carmen in the hotel’s state of the art cooking school kitchen with individual work stations. She’s been passionate about food all her life and learned cooking from her family in their local restaurant.

Savour  your creations.  At each cooking class dinner, a wine connoisseur guides you through a tasting of the Campania region’s best wines.

Day 3: Cooking class at home, Amalfi Coast tour

Meet Carmen for your mid morning cooking class.

12:30 Private driver takes you to discover the magnificent Amalfi Coast and visit Ravello, Amalfi and Positano. The hotel provides a packed lunch.

Free time on the Amalfi Coast. Return to the hotel.

Dine on the delicious local dishes you made in your morning cooking class.

Day 4: Visit family's winery under Vesuvius & lunch, lovely restaurant dinner

10:00 Your driver takes you to a family run winery under Vesuvius for a winery tour, wine tasting and lunch.

Return to your villa home.

Enjoy dinner in a top quality restaurant.

Day 5: Explore Capri, real Neapolitan pizza cooking class

9:45 Take the public hydrofoil to explore  Capri on your own, weather permitting. Lunch on your own in Capri. Return to the hotel about 4:00 p.m. with the hotel’s driver.

6:00 pm Half hour class on making Neapolitan pizza dough. Leave the dough to rise for about two hours.

8:00 Enjoy your pizza dinner. The real Neapolitan pizza!

Day 6: Cooking class at home. Free time to explore

10:00 Cooking class with Carmen. Lunch of your Neapolitan creations.

Afternoon free to relax or explore. Dinner is on your own.

Day 7: Ciao for now

After breakfast, reluctant departure for Naples airport or train station.
